We demonstrate this commitment through embedding of the NSW Child Safe Standards in culture, policies, procedures and practice.

Mana Support has zero tolerance for child abuse and harm and all allegations and safety concerns are treated seriously and acted upon.

The safety and wellbeing of the people we support, their loved ones and our employees is our top priority. We continue to implement COVID-19 precautions across all our services based on the latest advice provided by NSW Health. All Mana Support employees in direct contact with participants wear a mask to minimise the potential spread of infection. All our sites continue to limit access to non-essential visitors, enhance strict personal hygiene and infection control and implement social distancing. Site access measures (temperature checking, visitor registers and illness/travel history questioning) and additional strict hygiene and cleaning are in place. These are important measures that help protect our participants and employees as well as reduce the spread of COVID-19 in the community.
